Exchange and Return Policy
At Seawell.shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility of exchanges or returns under the following terms:
1. Return period
You have 20 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will not be able to process your request.
2. Product conditions
In order to accept a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

Be in its original condition, unused, without damage or signs of wear.

Keep its original packaging (box, bag, labels, etc.).

Include proof of purchase or order number.
Important note: Returns are not accepted for personalized, engraved, or custom-made products.
3. Return procedure

Send an email to seawellartgallery@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[number]”.

Please indicate the reasons for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Our team will respond within 48 hours with the shipping instructions and address.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product error or manufacturing defect.
4. Exchanges for another product
If you wish to exchange your jewelry for a different style, color, or size, please indicate this in the email. The new item will be shipped once the original piece has been received and verified.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the product, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. This may take between 5 and 10 business days.
